Methods and Costs

Heaven offers the following types of shipping for customers in the United States:

• Free Standard Ground - In the United States
  
• 2nd Day - $25.00 Flat rate
• Next Day Air - $40.00 Flat rate

Approximate delivery times:

• Standard Ground - Delivery occurs 3 to 7 business days after processing
• 2nd Day - Delivery is guaranteed 2 business days after processing
• Next Day Air - Delivery is guaranteed the next business day after processing

For our International customers, charges for standard international shipping are a flat rate of $30 per order. Your package will be subject to customs/duties charges. Heaven is not responsible for customs/duties charges. These costs are determined by your local customs office. Heaven cannot determine the cost of these charges in advance.

For orders that require more than one shipment, the total shipping and tax charges for each shipment will be allocated proportionally to the cost of the items shipped; the total shipping cost charged for your order will not increase.

Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse delivery of any order placed with Sky, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid less any shipping charges.  Refused orders shipped with free ground shipping will be refunded less a  $15 shipping charge. 

Shipping Guidelines

Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. Heaven will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order.

• Regular orders placed Monday-Friday will ship within 2 business days.
• Next Day and 2nd Day orders placed before 12pm PST will ship the same day 
• Heaven does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or federal holidays.

Heaven is unable to ship orders to APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.

For your protection, all orders require a signature at the time of delivery.

U.S. DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

Heaven requires a signature for any goods delivered. When placing an order, a signature requirement upon delivery is set by default.

We realize this may be inconvenient but we would like to ensure that your purchases arrive securely.

We offer two methods of shipment:

1. You can choose to sign for your order upon arrival. This ensures your purchases are safely delivered to you. This option is best for customers who prefer the security of a signed delivery. If you are unavailable when your package arrives, the carrier will leave a re-delivery slip.

2. Alternatively, you may prefer to waive the signature requirement and the carrier will leave your shipment outside of the premises for your convenience. Please note, if no signature is collected, you agree to our terms and conditions and take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur and, confirm that Heaven can leave your package(s) outside the premises at the shipping address provided by you without obtaining a signature for proof of delivery. You authorize Heaven to leave the package(s) at the shipping address without obtaining a signature and release and indemnify Heaven from liability for any loss or damage that may result from leaving the package(s) at your shipping address without obtaining a signature.
