Heaven Returns Policies

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Heaven order and offer returns for store credit.  We will accept your return of product in original condition, unworn, with all tags attached if requested within 10 days of receipt of your Heaven order.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. Upon receipt of returned goods, Heaven reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements. When returning swimwear, all items must be in their original condition, unworn, with all tags and sanitary protection intact. Please ensure that you wear undergarments when trying on swimwear.

To return an item purchased at shopheaven.com, click the Request RMA# link to the right.  RMA#'s will be processed within 1 business day. Once your return is approved and you receive your RMA#, securely pack and seal the return merchandise in an appropriate shipping box.  Please be sure to indicate the RMA# on the outside of the box.  Heaven does not offer free return shipping at this time.  We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit.
